"This contractor provided A-1 customer service from start to finish. They obtained all the necessary permits and followed up with being present for all the inspections. They protected areas of my home that might be affected during the renovation (hardwood floors etc.) They had tradespeople available on the day that they were needed. Their main man Jack was truly a "Jack of all trades". He was proficient in carpentry, tiling, and many other aspects of the reno. He took great pride in his work and he was a perfectionist. "Tom and his team were great to work with. They did extensive work on our house. Basically they opened up our Cape. They put in 9 structural beams to remove walls plus add a master bedroom suite which included a new dormer and a full bath.. Throughout the house they added new windows, siding, floors, walls, plumbing, electrical and a kitchen. Tom is a man of integrity. You cannot do a project this size without problems. Tom and his team handled issues right away and we were happy with the solution. The longest we ever waited for an initial response was an hour at the most.
